COMMUNITY
PARTICIPATION PLAN
(CPP)
A Community Participation Plan (CPP)
has been prepared for Capital Circle Southeast. The
CPP provides for extensive "hands-on" community
participation in the development and evaluation of alternative
solutions.
The plan indicates the basic
public involvement approach to be taken with the project
and lists affected neighborhood groups, other contacts,
media, and agencies and the means proposed to involve
them in the process. The CPP includes steps to identify
the communities within the project corridor or otherwise
affected by the project, and the techniques/methods
to involve these individuals in the public involvement
process.
