PUBLIC KICKOFF MEETING

Blueprint 2000 kicked off their first Public Meeting on July 20, 2004 for Capital Circle Northwest/Southwest, announcing the beginning of the study and to explain the study’s purpose. This meeting allowed citizens an opportunity to discuss the project scope, ask questions and submit comments about the improvement project.
