COMMUNITY
PARTICIPATION PLAN (CPP)
A Community Participation Plan (CPP)
has been prepared for Capital Circle Southwest. The
CPP provides for extensive "hands-on" community
participation in the development and evaluation of alternative
solutions. The full CPP is available in the Blueprint
2000 office.
The plan indicates the basic public
involvement approach to be taken with the project and
lists affected neighborhood groups, other contacts,
media, and agencies and the means proposed to involve
them in the process. The CPP includes steps to identify
and involve the communities and other individuals within
the project corridor or otherwise affected by the project.
A corridor report was developed to
summarize the activities that led to the development
of the study corridors and alternatives. This report
can be downloaded from the link below or can be viewed
by appointment at Blueprint 2000.
