EVALUATION INFORMATION

Evaluation Criteria have been approved by the Intergovernmental Agency (IA). These criteria were established by the project team with the support of the community and are slightly different from the criteria required by and used in the official PD&E documentation. The following lists are the evaluation criteria that will be used to evaluate each of the alternatives.
